Insure Promotions provides service-based and/or custom digital work (such as publishing support, content services, formatting, editing, design, and related deliverables). Because services often require time, labor, and project-based execution, refunds may be limited once work has started.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Before work begins: If you cancel before we start work, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • After work begins: If work has started, refunds (if any) may be partial and based on the work completed.
  • After delivery: Once final deliverables are provided, refunds are generally not available.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed services or delivered final files.
  • Custom work where substantial time has been invested (editing, formatting, design, publishing setup, etc.).
  • Third-party costs (platform fees, registrations, paid tools, paid distribution services) if already incurred on your behalf.

Revisions Instead of Refunds

If you are not satisfied, we encourage you to request revisions. In many cases, issues can be resolved through reasonable revision rounds based on the original scope of the project.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and banking system.
